Chapel Building and Room Reservations

Room Reservation Request

Please Submit the below form for review and to be added to the calendar. You will receive a confirmation email confirming when your event has been approved and that the building/room is reserved.

*Non-Member requires Elder Team approval



* I understand submitting this request does not guarantee the building/room reservation and that I will receive confirmation of the reservation once it is approved.
* Non-Members may be asked to pay use and cleaning fees per Chapel in the Hills policy
* All events are required to clean the building/rooms used, and return each to their original condition.

* All trash must be emptied and bags placed in the trash shed in the parking lot.
